Waterford crystal

Does anyone collect this famous crystal besides myself? Marye

My daughter collects it and because of that I have bought a lot of it and given it to her.

No, I had one bowl that I gave to my daughter. But, I do have a lot of crystal - I love it! 3 sets of candlestick holders, a dozen or so bowls, sugar/cream/butter set, candy bowls, a set of 32 stemware, red wine glasses, etc.. I DO love crystal!!!! I just can't afford much Waterford!

I have some, Husband use to buy it for me for Christmas. In 50 years of marriage my taste and wants have changed. Now I just want time to make quilts.

I collect it and love the pieces that I have. My favourite is my Waterford Crystal thimble.

Me exactly! I LOVE crystal & would give my eye-teeth for some Waterford or Lalique but we have this pesky thing called a mortgage that eats up that $$$! LOL! In my next life... or when I win the lottery...

I give my kids and GKs Waterford crystal ornaments for Christmas each year, and have for 20 years or so. I imagine some of their collections are worth thousands by now...each one can cost up to a little over a hundred dollars...but I can't imagine any better way for them to remember me and my husband than this. The best part is that they can be passed on forever...
PS...This is IN ADDITION to quilts I have made, not instead of...:)

I have one piece, a heart shaped bowl that was a wedding present. I keep my salt and pepper shakers in it on the dining table.

It looks VERY out of place as my dining room is Mission style!!
