God does not discriminate - it rains on the just and the unjust. He is no respector of persons. God allows things to happen. He put the earth and weather in motion when He first formed it. Unfortunately, God sometimes gets the blame when it is Satan who is making things happen.

Glad to know you are safe. Thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Japan as you continue to cope with the disasters.
