Just a thought - if the wedding party is responsible for the cleanup as well it might be a good idea to require a refundable deposit to cover any damages or mess that was left.

Will insurance be a consideration? For your group and/or the wedding party?

Liquor/beer/wine being served? You may need to provide a bartender and get a liquor license or variance from the local government for this. Be very, very careful as you maybe responsible if someone gets drunk and drives and has an accident as they look at it that you provided the alcohol.

Sounds like a good way to make extra money, but I would check with your insurance company to see what they cover in case of damage, etc. You may have to revisit your policy and upgrade it to cover this new "business".

Lots to consider...

You might need to consider your insurance. Since you have to be insured in case someone falls on your property. That will help you decide on a price. Our church charges $350 because the insurance went up. There is a kitchen we can use and it can hold more than 100-150 people.

excellent advice! This is a one time event. We are not getting into the theme wedding business. The B & G are friends of one of the members. Typically, alcohol is not an issue esp. In Regard to our non-drinking pilots. But good input just the same,.

Where is the airplane?? All the advice is great.

The hangar holds up to three airplanes. They will be parked elsewhere during the event.

Just did a quick google search for Parks and Recreation here in Phoenix. Outdoor activities for rent at our local parks start at $35 to $50 but lots of additional fees for add-on's. Bouncy house, beer permits Etc. My first thought, hey I'm old, how many bathrooms does the hanger have??

the guests will walk to the building next to the hangar for potty breaks. No bathrooms in a hangar that is decades old!

The FOP lodge near us rents out for $500 a day, so would probably need 3 days, set up, party and tear down. I think it's a regional thing for what you pay, and how fancy you want.
