wow, everything looks so delicious!

Nice looking tomatoes. I just got done doing ours and I only ended up with 3 qts for the freezer, but I will take what I can get.

They sure lok good. Ours didn't do anything this year. Too hot.

Now to have a fresh tomato sandwich. So good.

When I had a huge, waist high freezer I used to freeze a lot of stuff, tomatoes included. I'd boil bath them till the skins would slip off, remove the husk and smash them down in the container. Then drop in some salt and more tomato juice, then some crumpled freezer paper and then the top. Off to the freezer they would go, and came out in harsh weather to make some lovely dinners for the family.

I love love love them picked green and fresh so I can make fried green tomatoes. Those are gorgeous and will make great sauces!
