Yummmm..... Are these all from your garden????

looks like you can make some Salsa!!!!

I just picked a bunch of tomatoes from my garden and made about 6 cups of bruchetta with basil from my garden. We are almost ready to finish of the 1 gal of salsa I made last week. May make some more tomorrow or thursday. We are going on vacation for a week starting Friday and it will be easier to transport some salsa with us than whole tomatoes. Will have to give some away here too.

I see salsa in your future. YUM! I don't think I've had a really good salsa since I quit making my own.

I can't give you exact amounts but I love a fresh salsa. These are my ingredients. The other ingredients all depend on how many tomatoes I have
Roma tomatoes, others will work too
Tomatillos 4-5
Garlic ( like a lot of garlic)4-5 cloves or a whole bulb
Lime - juice of one or two
Jalapenos 4-5
Anaheim peppers 5-6
Fresh Cilantro - Lots, I use a whole "bunch"
Salt - I like using fresh ground salt but regular would work 1-2 tsp
