Oh my! the only names I call my machine are not printable! and that is when it misbehaves and causes me great frustration.

My featherweight is painted Plum Crazy purple , so her name is Mrs. Peacock after the lady in the Clue game. My big Singer is Queenie , because she is the boss of the sewing room and so very beautiful. My others don't have names yet.

I love how y'all came up with Ruby and Big Bertha! I was afraid my Elly was going to have her name in common with 3999 other machines. I just figured she would be the only one in my house so I went with it anyway!
Everyone has great names for their machines. I think we name them because we love them like they are our kids. I even buckle mine up when they go for a ride! |
