What do you cover?
Some people put a cover on their tissue boxes, toasters, mixers, sewing machines, furniture - etc.
What do you cover? \What do you use "as is"? For me - "as is" are tissue boxes and the toaster. Extra roll of toilet paper is left setting out in all its naked glory, also. I do have covers on the furniture because DH works in the garden and does not always want to clean up right away when he comes in and wants to plop down when he is tired. Easier to wash the covers than nag, nag, nag at him. |
Tissue boxes, all couch’s and chairs, I have cats so much easier to wash weekly. I have no toaster, the only things on my kitchen counter are a coffee grinder and my espresso machine. I do cover my longarm and it’s computer as well as my sewing machine. But that’s about it.

The only thing that gets covered in my house is my me & DH when we hit the sack at night.
Nothing. Very little on counters. No Knick knacks. Easy to dust.
My sewing machine(s) when we go away on holiday. The sofa in the family room and the chairs in the sun room because Joe the dog loves to lounge there. My chair usually has an afghan on it and Joe knows he cannot come up for a cuddle if the chair is bare.
I have a cover for my sewing machine but that’s it.
I cover my car in the driveway as well as the show car in the garage, but I don't think I cover anything else.
I don’t cover anything except with dust.
I don’t have anything clean enough to cover!
I made a small tea cozy but then I changed tea pots so it doesn't really fit any more. I put a slipcover on an upholstered chair because the fabric was starting to degrade.
