i never expected this many reply's =] but it looks like most people drink tea coffee or some sort of soda with a few other odds in there.

I drink a lot of water - actually set a timer to drink every 30 min so I don't get degydrated because I lose track of time in my sewing cave! Coke, coffee and tea are dehydrating, because they all have caffeine - and stain if you spill!
