Tonight is 13 Bean Soup using Bob's Red Mill Mix with cornbread muffins. Also grilled chicken breasts (for those going Paleo) with sauteed spinach and cauliflower mash (looks like mashed taters- just looks like it)

I don't know - it isn't 5:30 yet.

It's been over a week since I posted this topic and I've certainly enjoyed all the meals you readers have created.

I used to love to cook, coming from a long line of wonderful cooks, but it's gotten to the place now where my back hurts when I stand for any length of time AND I'm mostly just plain bored with it after all these years.
Tonight I had deli-bought Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Bisque (soup) with a field greens salad dressed with a bit of Ken's Tabletop Caesar Dressing and lemon juice. {Of course, I just *had* to follow that with some peppermint ice cream with hot fudge sauce. :eek: Where's the icon with devil's horns?!}
