I had always liked Spring. But this year was so chilly that I didn't enjoy it much. I love Summer, even when it's hot. It's the time that I am the busiest. Then Fall was my least favorite season until this year. I'm loving the cooler crisp morning, the leaves are beautiful, I'm enjoying watching our squirrel gather nuts for storage. Winter is blah, but there is a beauty to snow that can't be equaled. So, even tho fall has been down for me, I LOVE AUTUMN THIS YEAR!

Sadiemae 09-14-2010 07:09 PM

I think Fall!

Blue Bell 09-14-2010 07:18 PM

I enjoy spring but there is lots of work in getting the gardens going.
Summer is way too hot.
So, actually the best time of year is fall, cool nights, warm days, and then there are APPLES. Love a fresh crisp Macoun apple. And they are early this year. Yummy.

Holly 09-14-2010 07:22 PM

I am definetlyy a Spring girl!! Nothing better than green leaves and warmer weather after going through a almost never ending winter!! Fall is a close second it is the best season to decorate for!!

Melinda in Tulsa 09-14-2010 07:22 PM

Summer, most definetly!

grammyp 09-14-2010 07:29 PM

Oh, I wish Alabama had seasons. Autumn is my favorite, love the colors and cool, clear air.

canmitch1971 09-14-2010 07:29 PM

cherylynne 09-14-2010 07:46 PM

I love summer. I don't mind the heat, school's out, we go swimming and have picnics. I love the beach!!

cjomomma 09-14-2010 08:21 PM

Winter is my alltime favorite time of the year. Don't like spring becasue it just tells me that summe in coming and I hate summer. Fall is my second favorite because it means winter is on it's way. I like it cold the colder the better. Snow and lots of it.

Ditter43 09-14-2010 08:22 PM

I love anytime it isn't cold...yes it DOES get cold here in Florida! I am miserable then, my fibromyalgia seems to go into overdrive...I love spring, summer not as much because it's TOO hot. Then fall comes and it cools down and I love it....I guess I'm spring and fall!!

nellie 09-14-2010 09:32 PM

I love the fall--decorations, trees, weather etc. but I hate the fact that winter comes after fall. YUK

SueDor 09-15-2010 04:12 AM

I like all the seasons, but winter does get long.

I love spring over here, but I think if I lived in some parts of your country autumn(fall) would be my favourite, the colours are so fantastic.

Moon Holiday 09-15-2010 04:36 AM

Each season has its own special beauty. There's no way I could choose just one favorite... just like I cannot say I have one favorite child. When each first arrives I embrace it and swear it's my favorite. But after several months I start to see all of its faults and I begin eagerly looking for signs of the next one to arrive!

sewmuchmore 09-15-2010 04:51 AM

I love them all, weird right   I love spring the beautiful flowers, summer, outside activities with fqmily and freinds, fall leaves changing colors, Winter, Snow and maybe enough to build snowman. We do not get it offten.

I love all seasons when I was in California. Now having relocated to DC, Fall is my favorite, then comes Spring.
Summer is too humid for me here. I prefer dry heat of So Cal.

craftmama 09-15-2010 04:58 AM

Sorry, South Florida only has 3 seasons. HOT, COLD and HURRICANE. I like HOT best.

KathyAire 09-15-2010 05:00 AM

In Texas we only have two seasons, summer and winter. I like both of them. In the summer I like it to be 105 degrees and in the winter I like it to 20 degrees.
I don't like humidity anytime.

What is a Macoun? Haven't ever heard of that type.

Woodster 09-15-2010 05:15 AM

Fall is my favorite after a hot summer (although this one wasn't all that hot- the tomatoes can attest to that!) I keep the colors of fall in my decor all year round - cozy, comfy. Even though my allergies kick into high gear this time of year, it's still #1.

mamaw 09-15-2010 05:17 AM

Spring offers us a new beginning after a long winter...fresh air blowing through the windows when the air is warm enough, the birth of our flower gardens, and longer days. Summer offers many wonderful opportunities to build memories here on the East Coast....love days spent at the ocean and with family! Fall offers the perfect weather and beautiful colors. Winter gives us an opportunity to rest and enjoy the smells of soups cooking on the stove and baking goodies. More time for quilting, because of not going out much. Guess there is something to be said about Maine's four seasons. Gotta love them all!!

sueisallaboutquilts 09-15-2010 05:39 AM

Fall has been my favorite season my entire life. But I love the specialness of all of them. This past summer was the worst in memory, hate the humidity. Cooler days make me so energetic!!! :D And cool, or cold nights find me sleeping like a baby!!

I don't like humidity anytime.

In Wyoming we had two seasons too; winter and construction!

Bah humbug to changing those clocks back and forward. We live on the border, so Utah changes clocks. Arizona doesn't. It causes problems for the people, we have to say Utah time, or AZ time. My husband works in AZ, so that adds to the confusion.

I agree except I do like the flowers of spring, but that means the yard work begins! I love winter, especially a very snowy one so I have to stay in to sew, sew, sew!

Lynnejean 09-15-2010 08:12 AM

I like all seasons for different reasons. Winter is my least favorite because fibro is worse.

Magdalena 09-15-2010 08:18 AM

I love winter. Translation: In California that means under 72 degrees and we wear summer clothes on Christmas Day :)

mollymct 09-15-2010 09:02 AM

We seem to only barely have a Spring and Fall--but those two are my favorites! I am looking forward to the arrival of autumn. Soon, hopefully. We have had about two cool mornings and it was like a tease! Then back up to the nineties...I'd love winter if we had snow instead of rain! I love winter clothes!

fabrichore 09-15-2010 09:17 AM

I would have to say Spring is my Favorite, the colors start to come out and you know what that means flowers...love my flower gardens it makes me very happy, I am a visual person I guess so Winter is blah and depressing,,, Summer too hot and muggy, fall love it, again colors of the leaves changing awesome...love color...can you tell....

jessica 09-15-2010 09:35 AM

fall is my fav. here in Iowa. Crisp cool air, crunchy leaves and just refreshing from humid iowa summers.

oatw13 09-15-2010 09:37 AM

I just love the summer! It is far too short here!

Melinda in Tulsa 09-15-2010 09:48 AM

Living in Oklahoma, I wish I could say I like the spring. But the weather is too iffy and it's also Torando season. Don't like tornado's!!

The fall is lovely but way too short, and it reminds me that the dreaded winter is coming, so therefore I have a hard time enjoying it. Being born and raised in central FL, where it DOES get cold, no matter what anyone thinks, it only lasts a few days then it's back up to decent weather.

The first 2 winters I spent in OK were really mild and I didn't mind them, but the last several we have been bombarded with lots of snow and ice. If I didn't have to get outside, it wouldn't be so bad. I hate having to drive in snow, and unfortunetly, my DH has Dr appt's frequently. So no, I hate winter! Give me summer anyday!

If I ever win the lottery (fat chance) I'm moving to the Bahamas!
