Nachos with homemade chips. The hubby loves them and begged for them in lieu of the marinated chicken thighs I had on deck for the evening. Oh well, at least I have dinner figured out and ready for tomorrow! haha!

I had leftover risotto. (I make damn good risotto) with sauteed greens over it, with garlic and some leftover sausages. My husband is out of town, so leftovers for me.

Since we are Nutritarians we eat a bit different. We are having A huge bowl of Brussel sprouts with Bragg's liquid aminos, and Chili on the side that is loaded with veggies. We've never eaten better in our lives! After dinner perhaps Coconut Bliss Naked and Chocolate Coconut Bliss with chopped walnuts, and pecans with sliced bananas. With a splash of unsweetened vanilla Almond milk. Yummy :thumbup:

We had a huge breakfast at noon also so I made a huge pot of 15 bean soup with ham. We ate our share and will send some to my blind neighbor and freeze the rest for a day when I quilt all day and don't cook :)

For the first time this season (the cold & windy season) we're having fried mush, liver pudding and eggs over easy. Have a small hand cranked grain mill and make the cornmeal fresh, as needed. Apple up-side-down cake for desert.

Meat loaf and mashed potatoes is my very favorite comfort food.
