I made potato soup with italian sausage, cheese and sourdough croutons on top. We didn't eat breakfast until noon so we needed something not to heavy for dinner.

Good question. Maybe Spaghetti with meat balls. Maybe soup. I don't know. Have a couple hours to think about it yet!

We are doing the spaghetti also...with three kiddos, this is a house favorite!!!
