Leftover Chinese for my daughter and I, hotdogs and carrot coins for the grands. Maybe strawberry/banana milkshakes for dessert later on.

Nachos made with Chili leftover from yesterdays dinner. There is only 2 of us, but I grew up in a family of 7. I have no idea how to make meals that are only for 2. DH gets lots of leftovers for lunches at work.

I made a dish of scalloped potatoes, with ham cubed & shredded cheese the other day. So tonight, it's leftover & we're making some homemade egg dinner rolls. Soon as they are done, we will reheat the potato dish & eat, yum! Should have started the rolls sooner, lol, forget how long it takes to make yeast type bread rolls, but they should be yummy! Love homemade bread!..

Homemade chicken noodle soup with soooooooo much stuff added that it is thick as stew. Should call it 'chicken noodle, veggies and other stuff stew.' LOL
