The cookie recipes I drag out at this time of year are oatmeal/raisin (I add walnuts), peanut butter, snicker doodles, no bake peanut butter/oatmeal, snow balls and if I get those done there are others that my family doesn't call for as much. But the more variety, the better!

I love my Mom's sugar free peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips.
|
I like pizzelles, but my Dad used to make a peanutbutter spice raisin cooking that was absolutely delicious. I'm not supposed to eat anything made with wheat flour, it's not going to kill me like some allergies, but I can get a little nauseous if I indulge .

Tea cakes. Love, love, love them.

snicker doodles and pizzelles

Molasses Crinkles. I use recipe in "OLD" Betty Crocker Cookie Cookbook..

Oatmeal-raisin is my favorite.

You can never go wrong with oatmeal and all the variations of it.:)

chocolate chips and snicker doodles. hmmm good

Cookies made with all butter are too flat. Cookies made with all shortening aren't buttery flavored. I put some of both to get the best texture and flavor cookie. (Thank you Martha Stewart!) :)
