Born in Alberta, Canada. Moved to the beautiful Okanagan Valley lived in both Kelowna and Vernon B.C. We still have a cabin in the Okanagan, and we spend our fall and winters there. We also have a cottage in Glovertown Newfoundland where we spend our summers. We are snowbirds and we spend our winters in beautiful Phoenix Az. Three homes three sewing machines.

Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. In Canada, I lived in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Montreal Quebec, Trenton and Brighton Ontario. We moved to the USA in 1965 after my father left the RCAF to fly for a US airline. I lived in South San Francisco and Fremont California. Then to New Jersey to live in Sparta and Montague. At 18, I returned to Canada and lived in Calgary and Claresholm, Alberta. Then in 1988 moved to Richmond British Columbia.In 2009, I returned to the USA to live in southern California with my new husband. He says we are here for good as the weather is too good to leave :)

My mother left Mo and went to Ga where she met my father. He was in the Army at that time. They moved to Ill. where I was born, then on to Virginia, North Carolina and France then back to my mother's family home in Missouri. I lived on the family homeplace (it has been in the family for 100 years) until I married. I still live in Missouri about 25 miles from the family homeplace which my son now owns.

Born and raised here in Kansas. We travel alot in the US and abroad. But there really is no place like home.

I Live in New Zealand:
born on a place called Wanganui,move to a place caled PioPio did all my schooling there, went onto Palmerston north to train as a hairdresser, then moved to Auckland, Rotorua,martied and moved to Te kuiti(great place to raise children) divorced, married DH while still in Te kuiti
Moved to New South wales In Australia, lived on a air strip in the boondocks and loved it, took up quilting then, Moved back to New Zealand as out parents were gettin on in years. Retired now living in Algies Bay just north of Auckland

I need to get an ergonomic chair after reading all of this thread my nick is sore. What a great read so many interesting places and people. I was born and raised in Vancouver British Columbia (BC), left at 18 when I got married and we moved to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, (big culture shock) when the marriage broke up in 76 moved to Kamloops then back to Vancouver till the spring of 77 then moved to Edmonton Alberta and have been here ever since.

Dad was in the USAF born in Ashland, AL, then England, Andrews AFB Maryland, back to AL dad in Thailand, UP of Michigan (meet DH), Fort Walton Beach FL, got married DH joined USAF S.Carolina, Mississippi, back to FWB FL, Edwards AFB CA,back to FL husband had cancer so medically retired,(healed now and working again in FWB) FWB, FL, Navarre FL and now Crestview FL. out in the country. Hope to be our last move! Unless we get rich and buy a second home in Gatlinburg, Tenn. LOL! Just get to visit there every fall!
