I check in to it every once in a while, and it is with family only. Great way to share instant pictures of what family is doing. Just don't go on as often, since I got onto this board. Grandkids will text me, if they want me to see a picture that they have posted.

I use it andmsn.cm instead of a newspaper. That's how I find out about specials & adds. Also get newsletters through FB.

I use it with high privacy settings. I have a few friends I see on there. I also see fun quilting, sewing, painting blog updates.

It is really irritating me now that I cannot enter a contest without letting everyone on facebook know that I have.

I do have a Facebook page but seldom ever check it, maybe once a month or so.

i unsubscribed or unregistered or whatever after reading in the newspapers (yes, i read the papers) how easy it is to get hacked through facebook. facebook has a lot of privacy issues that are still being addressed. if anyone wants to find me, they can call me or email me. if they don't know where i am, then i probably don't want them to. everyone i love knows where i am.

I use it mainly to see what friends and family are up to. Don't post what I'm doing usually, but once in a while post pics. But, love seeing others pics.

No facebook for me.

Yep. I do, am very carefull what I put on but just found a very good home for my old sewing machine through facebook. also keep in touch with people.

The next time you see one of those posts, Look on the upper right of the post, for a little x, click it, and the drop down gives you three choices. Click hide all posts. Works for me.

Addicted to FB. Love keeping in contact with out of town family and friends. Also have several quilting & craft orgs.

Mostly reply to invitations for parties and to friend's comments.

I use Facebook, mainly to play Lexulous (Scrabble games) :)

I do follow a few quilting group links too.

I really enjoy FB...keeping up with long lost classmates and old friends. I am guilty of playing a few games also. Recently sent photos of a headstone to a guy (his parents). He lives far away so it was good to be able to help him out. I would have never been in contact with him without FB. That goes for many of my FB friends...plus a few friends that I have made on FB.

Nope, not me.. Id rather be quilting... Hubby has has an acct, I just don't see the need for me to have one t too..

I use fb everyday. Several quilt stores have specials weekly and its a good way to find out. I also "like" Superior Threads. I enjoy seeing what everyone is up to.

No FB for me or texting either. Family/friends have my phone #, email and know where I live. I also don't drive/walk w/cell phone attached to my ear.
