I'm so sorry about your brother, Lenny. I can't even imagine my life without my 2 brothers and my sister. Is it possible for you to post a picture of the quilt you speak of that has your brother's square on it? Thank you for sharing this very sad part of your life but also the picture of you and your husband...it certainly shows the extremes our lives all have...the best and the worst/saddest/hardest/etc. |

Love your "kitty" skirt. I made our granddaughter a "Poodle skirt" for Halloween years ago. Your Sock project sounds great. Bless your generous, giving heart. In our town we do a coat and blanket give-away every fall which helps about 100 people with these needed items. Keep up your good work and thanks for sharing your projects and your picture. |
Here's one of me, my husband Jason, and our son Devin
http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...0151721eb0.jpg We belong to a fife and drum corps that represents a unit of the Virginia Militia during the French & Indian War. I play the fife and Jason plays the bass drum. http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...y/DSCN0566.jpg Devin likes to be involved too! http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...y/DSCN0789.jpg My husband and my brother in law are HUGE Star Wars fans and they wanted Devin to be an Ewok for Halloween this year. Here's the costume I made him. http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...y/DSCN0765.jpg |
