It is my second marriage and I am his fourth. He is the love of my life. We have been married 5 years. I knew he was a special man when we met almost 30 years ago. He now has alzheimers and it is hard to see the man I fell in love with slipping away a little every day. I would not change a thing!

never did figure it out but sure know why I divorced him! Some of you are so lucky to have such supportive husbands - I never had that - his mom always came first and kids and me last. He was a control freak and even threatened to drive off a cliff and kill himself once b/c he was mad at me - funny thing is - we live in the flatlands of Illinois so not sure where he intended to find the cliff around here! So count your blessings!

We were crazy. We met on the suicide ward 17 years this month. We have been together every since. Everyone told me to stay away from him that he would never get better. God and I knew better, he just needed someone to care. We lived together for 4years then married 13 years ago this coming March 1. We never know who God will.

I was too young (barely 18) and trying to escape the intense stress at home...didn't know what else to do when he asked. We had 2 kids quickly.....and we had 21 mostly-good years but decided to both move on when the kids were grown.

Met on a blind date 42 years ago, married 3 months later. Couldn't imagine my life without him and still can't. He makes me laugh every day.

I told my husband I married him for his earnings potential, then he went and joined the Navy! Oh well, he says he married me for my lasagna.

I met my DH when I was only 15 1/2 at my aunt and uncles anniversary party and he asked me out on a date and I was so excited..I said yes. The next day, I was like oh no..how will I pull this off..I was not allowed to date until I was 16. Well long story short..we went on that date. We got to the point that we were together every day. We just knew we wanted to spend our lives together. So we decided to marry, but could only after some hurdles. My DH said we can only marry after I graduated from high school, and he went to my parents and asked them and explained ONLY if I graduated. So I went in front of the school board to get special permission to do 11th and 12 grade years together. I did graduate 1 year early. We married when I was only 17 and been blessed since the day he walked into my life. Because I was so young when we married, everyone knew I had to be pregnant.. I was pregnant then for 25 months. ha ha ha
