I have chased my Cat (August) off my quilt in progress three times in the last couple hours. Why do they like these blocks? I have seen so many pictures about the same thing. Oh no! I went back to continue and found April up there also.

He wants to see what his mom is working on.

Dunno, but every time I lay out a quilt on a couch or the floor any dog in the area will immediately come and lay on it.

My cats do the same, one gets pretty mad when I take it away. She is also fascinated with scissors, when she hears the first cut she comes running from wherever she is. She will just sit and watch me cut and when I lay scissors down she will lay on them. If I try to take "her" scissors she will swat at me.

It's warm, it's new and they need to get their scent on it.

My cats do the same thing. When you figure it out, let me know.

I always wonder if they are jealous of what we are working on, or trying to be involved and helping. :D
