Why do they schedule my favorite shows at the same time so I have to "choose one"?

Many episodes of certain shows are shown online. Just google the name of the show, type episodes online. I have found many this way.

That used to drive me crazy. My DH changed us over to AT&T U Verse and we can watch one and tape three. Now I don't miss my shows.

We missed Whitney last night because of it.

My DH is a channel switcher - drives me absolutely bonkers - I wish he would pick a show - ANY show - and leave the thing on from beginning to end!

His switching usually causes a major loss of an important detail in the story or event - or I miss the setup of the story - he doesn't seem to have figured out that the mainstream networks run their commercials at the same time!

My BF does this, and he watches shows I don't like. Solution ---- put TV in office for him, one in my sewing room for me, we share the living room one, but not for long, soon the living room is going to be my sewing room and the big screen is STAYING.
