very interesting !!
I'm right brained...

Snorky Lvs2Quilt 08-02-2011 07:48 AM

Looks clock-wise to me......guess I'm right-brained. That's funny because a different "test" I took online said I was left-brained. Guess I use both sides. LOL After going back and viewing it a second time, I did notice she changed directions several times.....

valsma 08-02-2011 07:52 AM

So which brain are you if you saw her turning clockwise and counter clockwise, depening on how you shifted your eyes. I guess I use a little bit of both from time to time.

Mariposa 08-02-2011 07:53 AM

:) Guess I'm right-brained. Also left handed. But do see it both ways too!

eastermarie 08-02-2011 07:59 AM

At first it was clockwise then it went to counter-clockwise.

Melrose R 08-02-2011 08:06 AM

She's spinnin' clockwise.

I've never heard of counter-clockwise being called "anti" clockwise. Interesting....

mandyk 08-02-2011 08:09 AM

She goes in both directions. Guess that means I use both halves of my brain. LOL

deedum 08-02-2011 08:11 AM

I am a golden brain, thinks both ways!

cmagee84 08-02-2011 08:11 AM

I saw it counter-clockwise, the clockwise. It seemed to change on a regular basis. I think it is just timed to do that! HA!

Our guild had a speaker once that gave us all a test to see if we were righ or left or in the middle. She lined us up according to the number on your test, it was quite interesting.

That's me too. The very first moment I opened it she was counter clockwise, but then she was clockwise the remainder of the time I looked AT her. When I shifted my eyes to read the article to the left she was spinning counter clockwise again.

When I read the descriptions under each - most of them for left and right apply to me.

It's English (and other English speaking countries as well). When I was there listening to the traffic reports of the circular Motorway (M25) they reported clockwise and anti-clockwise.

luvstitches 08-02-2011 08:38 AM

I see her both ways.

LOL...I had to do it twice to notice that.
thought it was my imagination...

Yup that was me. It seems she spins counter clockwise a little then switches to clockwise.

Furza Flyin 08-02-2011 08:52 AM

Interesting how most of us here can see it both ways. DH thinks I am crazy. He only sees it going counter clock wise. Must be the creative mind in us quilting folks.

Annaquilts 08-02-2011 08:54 AM

Right
I wonder if quilters tend to be more right?

Annaquilts 08-02-2011 08:56 AM

I have that too but when I looked at her straight on she was clock wise. When I read the words next to the image I see her going counter clock wise. I am not truely right handed either and do things often with both hands equaly well.

he must be a true left brain :)

grammiepamie 08-02-2011 09:23 AM

I am left handed. The only thing I do with my left hand is right and bowl. Everything else I do right handed.Comb my hair, crochet, reach for something, just about everything.Years ago I managed a beauty supply store. We were taught to put pricing left to right according to prices. Cheapest to the left and expensive to the right. So according to this I am lefthanded but left brained????? No wonder my family thinks I am crazy!!!!!!!!!LOL LOL

Marcia D 08-02-2011 09:23 AM

clockwise, then counter clockwise. Yea, I'm just glad to have a brain these days.

Glassquilt 08-02-2011 09:57 AM

She changed directions several times.

michelehuston 08-02-2011 10:03 AM

How strange!! When I first saw it, she was going clockwise. When I glanced away to read the description of both she was going counter-clockwise. I very definately see it both ways!!!

Same here...I guess we are geniuses!!........hehe

They say right handed people use the left side of the brain while us lefties use the right side.

Lneal 08-02-2011 10:16 AM

If I say math in my mind while watching her foot she turns counter clockwise, if I say vacation in my mind she quickly turns clockwise. I make her change by back and forth by focusing on her foot.

ptquilts 08-02-2011 11:15 AM

I just saw clockwise. looked away and back several times.

didn't work for me though :(

Naturalmama 08-02-2011 12:09 PM

My brain will only see it clockwise. And I was trying.

That musta been a left-brained comment. ;-)

Buckeye Rose 08-02-2011 03:31 PM

she changes directions on me! That really messes with my head.

scraphq 08-02-2011 06:03 PM

Watch her arms, Sudden postion change of the arms and she changes direction. Very interesting.

BellaBoo 08-02-2011 06:09 PM

At first look it was going clock wise. It changed to counter clockwise as I looked at it going around then back to clockwise again. Every time I looked at it from the beginning it goes clockwise. so I think I'm right brained.

Janet L52 08-02-2011 06:30 PM

I looked at it for awhile and saw it change from clockwise to counter clockwise and back and forth several times. Guess I have both left and right brain tendencies? Interesting how many of us saw it the same way!

clockwise for me - over here in UK we call it anti-clockwise - not heard of counter!!!! :D

Favorite Fabrics 08-02-2011 08:47 PM

I can only see her turning clockwise. Funny. I would have sworn I was left-brained all the way!

soniboo 08-02-2011 09:40 PM

I saw her turning both ways and I also saw her just going back and forth a little bit a few times without turning at all. Did anybody else see that? Someone please say yes.

I SEE HER COUNTER CLOCK WISE SO I AM A LEFTY

Sherome 08-03-2011 03:43 AM

I switch back and forth from time to time, and often run in the brainless mode. Come to think of it, that is the one I'm in most days lately.

jitkaau 08-03-2011 04:47 AM

I see it switching back and forth.

MaineGirl76 08-03-2011 04:51 AM

I see her going clockwise so I guess i'm right-brained.....she never turned directions for me..hmmmmm..lol
