I am older that dirt. Thanx for making me feel good.

I'm a little older than my teeth but not as old as dirt! I remember and so happy to be able to share those memories with my grandchildren. They were here this weekend and laughed at Howdy Doody that I have on tape!

Guilty as charged. I remember every one and pretty much all everyone else has added....
Here's mine.
S & H Green stamps. Collect them when you bought groceries and cash them in for dishes, household items...
I have Buffalo Bob's autograph...A treasure...

I am older than dirt. And your sprinkling bottle for clothes
is a much sought after item in the antique world I think.
Wish I had my moms or grandmas to keep.

oh my goodness.. I am glad I was able to experience some of those older than dirt items-makes me smile when someone states they cannot live without technology !LOL

I also remember:

"We also had a wood burning cook stove. It made the best bread ever." We didn't have one but DH's grandmother did and so did many people living in Brooklyn, it warmed the house, heated the water and did the cooking and baking right there in the kitchen.

"Wringer washer cause my grandmother thought the automatic washers used too much water." My mother had a huge wringer washer, didn't want a 'modern' automatic washer, that is until she got her arm caught in the wringers and there was no one around to release her.

" my grandfather's corvair" Oh that little Corvair- it was our first New car back in the early 1960's. The back seat folded down which was very handy when we went to the drive in movies with our 2 young sons. Sons would be in their pj's so when they fell asleep they could snuggle on their pillows and blankets so DH and I could enjoy our night out.

I'm so old that I remember when the Dead Sea was sick!

How about listening to "Lone Ranger, Hop a long Cassidy, The Shadow and Santa from the North Pole" on our Radio

Yep, remember all those things. I go to the antique shop to relive my childhood, lol.
