My brother sends me stuff like this all the time, but most of the ones I've seen you post are not from his collection.

This one is a real hoot!!! Nuts and Butts is my favorite..
, followed closely by Lost Souls and Butt Holes. Imagine if these Drs were treating the same patient!!!!
