about 35 yrs or so ago, i sold fur coats. the owner of the store, who owned so much properties, stores and lots. she won a VCR camera and a VCR. also about $5,000.00. so yeah, the rich just got richer. She bragged about it too. To make matter worse, she owned so much, and paid me less than minimum by paying off the books. so yes, someone does win, but this was a small payout.
