Where do you get flax seed from? I have made these from wheat, and rice, but would like to try the flax seed.

My friend has made both the corn and the rice kind. I like to use the larger corn ones around my neck for sore muscles/sore throat, and the smaller rice ones for my bad sinus/toothache days. When I can't find one and I'm really hurting, I pull out a longer missing mate sock, dump some rice in, tie the end and microwave! Pretty sure they won't sell well, but they do work. I may be mistaken, but I thought she said she bought cracked corn at the feed store?

Hmmmm, I may have to go out and raid my hubbies feed room. We raise chickens, so could possibly use some of his feed. I know he doesn't feed corn too much in the summer as it actually makes them too hot...... Now in the winter they get mor corn just to help them stay warmer..... Gotta be more to corn than meets the eye as to holding heat...... One of Gods little marvelous surprises.
