Quilt Police!!!

I don't have a pet. (Gone to much from home to be fair to them.) I do enjoy everyone's pictures of their pets though. I think part of why they like the quilts is their owners scent is on them.

I got a kick out of that one. I used to see everyone's pics of cats, and wondered why everyone had cats. Now I know--everyone needs a quilt inspector. Some of us have dogs, but the only reason they don't get to "inspect" is because they can't be climbing up onto our tables and stuff. However, when I am on the floor with my quilts trying to sandwich them; THAT is when I get my "helper".

We have 3 dogs and 4 cats. Most of the cats don't mess with me while I'm sewing (but you can't leave the quilt unattended or you WILL have to shoo them all off!) but one of them loves to watch the thread when it's feeding into the machine. Yesterday, he decided he'd "help" me by chewing on the thread while it was going!! I guess he needed to floss his teeth!
My husband kept saying "Jack, you'll die back there". I said he'd be the first cat to find out what it's like to be quilted!
