they are adorable!! i was watching a 1933 movie yesterday and a lady had a small dog (bigger than yours) in her arms, she proceeded to throw the dog down hard on a desk. feet first, but i winched! ouch! poor doggie. the man then took it and tossed it into a wire trash can(waste basket). but he was fine. i just have a hard time watching movies when they do stuff like this.
your babies are a treasure.

I had a wonderful long haired chi until I had to put her to sleep in 2005 (brain tumor.....18 yrs old). She was a delightful dog....love of my life. Looked a lot like your Emily. All the love you give them will come back three fold......little dogs are devoted pets....just make sure you have provided for them if you go away before they do. We don't have another as our kids don't want "small dogs". Sure miss having one.

They are adorable and I bet their help keeps you in stitches. Emily could come live with me if I didn't have Lily and Moira. Our housing ass'n only allows too dogs which is probably a good thing.
SouthPStitches, this is the time to bring home the pup. It has to be adorable and just the right size for you.

The quilt is a scrap quilt or crazy quilt. When I do the quilts like these I alway put some center of interest in the blocks, this one had cats. I call it Catnip.
