Rag rug weaving
#2
You've got me. I owned Ragtime Rugs for 15 years. I had a huge warehouse full of looms and 6 employees. My rugs went to the design industry. My wrists and shoulders wore out, I got tired of it, then 9 -11 happened and that all but killed the rag rug market. Everyone sold their 2nd homes and nested in one place. My rugs only went in the 2nd homes, beach house, farm house, cottage, she-shed. I sold the whole thing and that lady had a stroke and I'm not sure if she is still doing it. I'll be glad to answer any questions.

Thank you. I’m so new at this that I don’t even know what I need to ask. But I’m really loving it. I do wish there was a place like the quilting board. I learn so much about quilting by just reading the posts. Finding good upholstery selvedges at a reasonable has been a challenge. I have a very old Arthur Allen loom but it is working pretty good for me so far.
