Sheila, glad you liked it. Yes, the cards are what I started collecting fabrics for. Then I found out that those fabrics weren't exactly what I wanted to quilt with. Now I have "lots" of choices. Have a great weekend.

We received almost 2" of rain last night - so I had to use green, as the lawn looks so pretty now.

Teresa, here is a sample of my cards. I have hundreds of them. Sold them at all the craft fairs I went to. The verses range from every holiday, birthday, thank you, thinking of you etc. So I try to send at least one with every RAK that goes out. When cutting fabric for cards, you really look at a totally different fabric than most quilters. No wonder I have hundreds of yards downstairs.

I'd like to thank Di, aka "Everose" for the lovely surprise package she sent me for a belated birthday and as a welcome to the RAK board. It was so unexpected (I thought it was going to be my SP Swap package), and I love the fabrics she sent. The colors are so rich, don't you think? I just looked at her post of pictures of some of her cards... They are great!!! And I am the lucky recipient of one of them - very cute... Thank you again, Everose - now I truly feel a part of the group.

RAK friends: Do any of you use fusible interfacing/web of any kind? I have different kinds but forgot which is which and none have the instructions so I want to give it to someone who uses a lot of any kind and who will get the use out of it. I like WONDER UNDER myself (in case someone has some they would like to exchange for all that I have).

i just found that i had a stash of interfacing in a container in my basement. it has to be from my garment sewing days. i even had black which it turns out i need to use on some colorful fabrics i received that are woven very loosely.

not sure what wonder under is though. i will take a look through all of it and see if i have anything labeled wonder under.

*****I just went to see how much I have and it's not A LOT but a nice "some" so if anybody wants it, let me know. 2 kinds are still in the pkg so they will have instructs for them. Nobody needs to exchange for wonder under, I don't really use it enough to exchange anyways.*****
