Amazing!! Long, long ago, in a universe populated with people who wanted sharp creases in their clothes, but hung them up on the floor, I went on strike.

I did, however, promise myself that I would have the ironing caught up before or when youngest son went to college. Since he surprised us by joining the Navy instead.....

Well, maybe one of these days. Come to think of it, his birthday is this month and he'll be 43 then.

I'm impressed that you even have an ironing basket - I just use a de-wrinkler spray -- and if that isn't good enough, I don't wear it! lol!

I actually have never had an ironing basket. I usually don't buy clothes that have to be ironed. I taught my hubby how to iron his own shirts too.

Keep your eye on it(basket) they have an odd way of filling up again. Leave the room and they are full. Strange how that happens :D
