Default Reversible wine bottle carriers

I am making a wine bottle carrier. reversible. i have it cut out and fusible on. then the two bottoms to add. now i am stumped. I'm thinking i sew the reversible way, turning it right sides out. then both fabrics are laid onto the decor bond circle.
I would sew it on but want the edges to look good. without binding. Should I sew it on without catching which ever fabric is showing as the outside one and then hand stitching down the other fabric over the edges of the bottom circle by hand.... I've watched many videos, not much help.
anyone figured this out? this is the pattern i'm using

getting closer . one big thing i did was put fusible on the front and "back" side. it's to be reversible and for some reason this messed me up big time. rip, rip. then removed the fusible from the "back" side. luckily pulled right off. then resewed and now onto the circle bottoms.

OK, finished. I probably will not try reversible again but it did OK.
