ours go through blooming stage 3-4 times a year... then they go thru just plain bush stage with none lol
they were here when we moved in and the only pretties i can seem to keep alive here, nothing like back home in southern illinois lol
we spent over $300 for plants when we moved here and none made them past the first week.
tomatoes do good if i keep them in the house until they grow fruit lol... but 2-3 times a day of watering them outside isnt enough for most plants, and i tend to get lazy after the 3rd watering lol

I just took these pictures a few moments ago. Most of the blooms were perfect last weekend. I have several dozen large and another couple dozen mini roses. Unfortunately I have not been able to keep up with the planters!!!
I love my Columbine!!!

Hope your having a great day!

Jims Gem, your gardens are absolutly beautiful!! I wish that I could have the variety you have, but I don't have the knack of picking the right flowers. The roses and Princess Lilies are the only things that stay pretty for me. I love those tall purple flowers!! But guess what? My oldest son bought me a real good pair of rose pruning gloves, come almost to my elbow!! No more bleeding pricks on these arms that already look like a a red spotted disaster all summer long!! Yeah!!
