now i know why! all i need is a piece of yellow gold for the beak!! do you think i can find a little piece, still digging..........

I have my scraps in zipper bags sorted by color. It makes it easier to find just that small piece for a project. I recently took out all the triangles and am using them for "starters & enders". I will eventually have enough HST blocks for a scrap quilt or 2 or 3. May do that soon with the squares and rectangles, too.
