ROL! I'd heard sea salt was healthier....so I bought some. I'm hooked on it!! It takes LESS for me to salt my eggs....and the taste is different, I don't care what they say. I also cannot ingest much iodine...I have to buy salt without the iodine and sea salt fits that bill.

Just remember, if you are algeric to shell fish, don't eat sea salt.
I only buy sea salt, been hooked on it for more years than I can count. Started with with it because it was supposed to be healthier. Now just don't care, just like it best!!

I use both. Sometimes I need the iodine sometimes not so much sodium. BTW Marsye, you're looking mighty chipper today---that wrinkle cream is really working. LOL
