Seat Belt laws per Country
I am tired of searching. just wondered if anyone knows if America is the only Country that requires seat belts in vehicles?
I watch a lot of European shows and no one wears a seat belt, mountains, city, etc. Just wondered.

well lots of the shows are in France, Australia, New Zealand and out in the countryside , not necessarily cities. so people relax more? probably. or the people filming don't want to take the few seconds it takes to buckle up.
