I made one for my autistic granddaughter but she wouldn't use it. Gave it to her special ed class so someone else could benefit from it.

looks like the basics to it would be like a biscuit quilt my made when I was a kid.Nice job!I have a 13 year old grandson that doesn't sleep well at night, he has ADDHD, maybe this would work.

The weight was Polybeads. The can be purchased from many places, shop around as prices very widely.
You can Google 'sensory blanket ' and get the specifics to make one.
