My shoes come off at the back door.
My slippers is a different story. If not on my feet & I ask hubby where my slippers are... here comes my Lab/boxer mix with my slippers. They could have been in kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom, but she always manages to find them for me. If I drop the tv remote... she is there picking it up for me. Hubby taught her to do these things for me for the last 5 years...till my back surgery... then neck surgery. She is my wonderdog.
Of course, if she has to go out to do business....here come my slippers...LOL

My dog usually steals mine and never drops them both in the same area....not even the same room. Can be a real challenge to get ready for work some days! (I can see the following happening..."Ah, sorry I am late for work, the dog lost my shoes. ;-) )
