Default water anyone?

well, rain that is. I now live in a neighborhood with ditches. At least they hold water! still raining though. I drove to pick up my taxes and the skies let out.

Lucky you! We need rain. We had about 5" a couple of weeks ago, and more forecasted for latter this week.

Raining here, too, but then I'm just south of you. It dumped just as I was going out to run some errands for the company and eat lunch. Why does it always do that??

Let's see -- we have had double our normal rain this year. We are lucky to have one uncloudy, non-rainy full day. Sun breaks are a normal part of our forecast and we really look for the breaks.

We so badly need rain. There are over 100 fires going with roads closed (even Interstates!!) due to smoke making it unsafe to drive. It would be so nice just to have a nice, gentle rain for a few days.

It has also been raining in California, which is good. We are expecting rain tomorrow and then again on Monday, after the drought that we have had we are enjoying the rain. DH usually pants tomatoes in the back 1/2 acre which is the part that ponds when it rains. Just when it was good to plow it, it flooded again..oh well..we need the rain.
