Teresa, for some reason, had you pictured as having black hair.
How sweet to include mom, too. Isn't this fun? I love pictures...well, I love being the one, taking them

Star, what a great family! You are pretty, and your youngest really favors you!
Porkchop looks like such a sweetie. Does he have a curled tail by any chance? :D

   That was taken about 5 years ago. I have a more recent one, but couldn't find it on the computer. But just add about 20 lbs, a few more wrinkles, and that's me! :D If I can find another one I will post it.
Still beautiful though! :D

I have 3 of my grandaughters while Mama works. They enjoy sewing with me. I miss them when school starts, but I still have one grandaughter to enjoy. She is only 15 months and loves Nana's sewing room!

2008 7 1/2 YR old grandaughter on her machine making a blanket for her new cousin. Has been sewing with Nana since she was about 4.

2008 12 yr old grandaughter sewing on my machine. finishing up some pieced blocks for her quillow. She started making the blocks when she was 9 yrs old. She has a Janome sew mini also, but 1/4 in seams were easier for her on mine.

So I have ruined my image as a pink monkey, oppps. DD#1 looks very much like me. though I have chubbier cheeks than she does. All three of the kids look very much the same as well, I am not sure if I have it on this computer or not, probably not, we have a pic of them all in uniform and it is so very apparent that they are related. Maybe I can dig up a copy somewhere. And DS looks almost exactly like his dad did, if it wasn't for the clothes, you could almost mix them up.

It is so much fun seeing who you all are! I don't think I even tried to imagine what each person looked like prior to this. I made a big mistake one time doing that and got myself into trouble for it! My son had been dating a young lady for a few months and he figured it was time to bring her home to "meet the family". Now, I'm usually a very soft spoken person, more apt to stay silent than say anything at all, but when I met this gorgeous dark-haired beauty, the first thing I said was, "Oh, I pictured you as a blond!" It's not like she was just a passing phase for my son either--she is the mother of my 20 year-old granddaughter. So, whenever I see her, I get reminded of my blunder... Lesson learned!

Okay ya'll talked me into it. This is me and my baby boys, taken on the 4th of July. Yes, we are all football fans.

Isn't it funny how we get a picture in our head of how we think everyone looks?
