If you go to
www.mysingerstory.com you will be able to enter the serial no. for your Singer Sewing Machines and print out a neat certificate...
Where you enter the first name, I entered my FW's name and month and date issued, and where you enter the last name, I entered, in brackets, where I purchased the machine...it produces a nice certificate, for your records....

I saw that website and I will be getting those certificates for each of my Singers. I like how yours came out...I might do it that way, too!

I figured I remember my name...(maybe in a few years I won't) but I like to name my machines and remember where I bought the machine and the website doesn't print the month and date, although I understand it is approximate...it is also a great idea if you are gifting a machine to someone, or selling it...

That's a cool idea! I got certificates for all of my machines but never thought of putting that pertinent information in place of my name! Guess I'll have to do it all over again! Thanks!

To Cool as I have 4 singer featherweights, I got them for my G-Nieces and my G-Daughter the white-minty green ones.
This will make a nice memory for them to go with there machines. I also have 3 FW of my own, lOL.
Thanks so very much for the info.
