You were probably thinking of Heartstrings Embroidery. I checked her site and none of her links work. I don't think she is doing embroidery any more.

That must be the one I had visited before, thank you for the update.

I did go into my machine alphabet option and created the name I needed.

Planet Embroidery. I use it for making all my quilt labels. You type in what you want and get the design instantly.
Some if the font is free and some are not. I use the free most of the time. Once you get the idea of how the site works,I think you will use it often.

Eva, thank you for the site information. Like JudyBsquared, it would not take my information until I put in a company name. So, got in by using my last name and Farms.

Eva, would you clue us in on some fonts you are able to use for free. I liked a font but said it must be bought.

After signing in and the next screen comes up, in the upper left click on Web Lettering Pro. The next screen is where you do your thing. On the top left you will see the first font is called ABBESS-paid. Scroll down there until you see one that you like. Most are paid, but a few are free. I use the Block font most of the time. Look at the changes you can make. I change the letter spacing to 0.1, that makes the words easer to read after embroiderying them out. I've played around with this a few times, but I really like it. Good luck. I did a company name to, just for me. Sometimes if you do to many at a time, they will not let you do any more until the next day.

Eva, thanks so much for the additional information about the spacing. Will go and get the nickname of our son to put in the t-shirt quilt for his Sarah.
Would not do too much on any given day but that is a great service for Planet Embroidery to offer.
Off to go play and create the nickname.
