My mother is alive at 89.
I had one daughter who died from breast cancer. She had three young sons who are all teenagers now and they are the world to me.
Hubby came with 4 daughters who are grown and on their own. He has two grandchildren.

My male parent (not a father) died about 15 years ago. My mom is 73. I have one younger sister that I don't have any contact with.

I'm 53, oldest son is 36, second son is 34, daughter in law is 30. Grandchildren, 17, 14, 9, 5, and .5. The 17 year old and the 5 year old and youngest son are all about to have birthdays. The baby is due in December.

My husband doesn't have any kids of his own. His parents are both alive and he has two great brothers and two wonderful sisters in law.

Parents, still living as far as I know - no contact due to abusive childhood
    Grandparents, all deceased
    1 brother - no contact
1 brother-in-law - no contact with any of his family
    2 sisters-in-law - love 'em
1 mother-in-law - best friend and mom I never had
1 father-in-law - nice guy (they're not together and he lives across the country)
Unable to have kids so no kids or grands
No pets due to DH's allergies
I do have the world's most wonderful husband...so he's all the family I need.
