I am with you. I am originally from Il. Been in Ga. now almost 9 years. We got 4 inches here last night. But tonight it doesn't look the same. They say we are to maybe get some with rain on Monday. But that will probably be more slush than anything.
We are not nothern Ga. as they see more of it usually than we do.

Wow, I had heard that Texas, Alabama and Georgia got snow!

We have enough snow in Indiana this year. I am ready for spring!

I love your quilt and the colors are great. One day I will be able to do that. I am still working on getting what I need for a new quilter. Great job again.

My husband is retiring the end of Nov. and I'd love to go south for the winters but we only have 1 grandchild and we don't want to have to go 6 mo. without seeing her. But I'm hoping we'll be able to spend a month or so somewhere warm each winter.

The snowman doesn't look very happy either. lol

The shift in weather patterns is said to be part of global warming.
It sure feels strange to be able to see dead grass on most of the front lawn and see the big flock of robins in our trees at this time of year.
I'm glad we aren't skiers with season passes!
That said, we may have a snowstorm on Tuesday up here.

We got 12 inches of snow here in N, Texas on Thursday, and it didn't disappear overnight. Snowed for 15 solid hours, here. Still had some in places today, and after church, it started spitting snow again all afternoon.
Makes for great quilting weather, long as the power stays on, no matter where it snows.

We have had snow on the ground for over a week and when it was almost gone it started snowing again yesterday, just enough to make everything white again. There were flurries allday but it melted on the roads and side walks, now it is snowing this morning. AS long as the power stays on it can snow all it wants but these schools need to get some snow chains on them buses.LOL. I was surprised school wasn't closed again today or atleast the county school. They close every time there is just a dusting.
