Grandma Peg

Seems like it is nationwide with this unusually hot weather. We had some much needed rain Wed. night and Thurs. morning and the temp dropped. It was funny cuz I was watching my DGD's. We were going to go see great grandma and the oldest Molly comes back in the house and said it is so cold out I need a jacket. Just so different to have 70's in the morning and that isn't cold but we aren't use to it anymore. Nice having the a/c off for two days. Suppose to get back to the 90's by tomorrow, oh joy!!

It was 106 today We're doing the old Southern air-conditioning. All the drapes and blinds are closed to keep the sun and heat out. The AC is on and the ceiling fans. Drinking cool drinks - not going outside. Feeling sorry for the folks where it is 10 degrees hotter!
