What a beautiful story....it is so hard to imagine that people could throw things and curse at soliders. As my momma would say some people just aren't raised right.

Thank you, Doug, for representing the good Americans of this country and taking care of one of our soldiers when he need us most.

Now that I'm crying, thank you for sharing your lovely story you were God's angel to a soldier in need. He brought you into that man's life for a reason to give him hope that he had lost. Thank you for telling him what so many of us do feel - pride, love, respect and appreciation to our seving men and women.

Thank you so much for what you have done for this young man. You truly an angel for him.

I am so ashamed that people would treat him this way. He put his life on the line for our country and to be treated such is a shame!!!!!

How sad, but true. If only everyone realized as you do, what these men and women do for us. We would not be the nation we are without them. I only hope after his encounter with you, he will always hold his head up proudly. You are a wonderful person and you will always hold a special place in his heart. God bless you!!!!

What a wonderful thing to do for one of our soldiers. Thank you for being such a caring person. I only wish I could do something more for our soldiers.
