My cousin came to visit from California. We took her on a tour of our area and she took some pictures......she just sent some to me. I thought maybe you all might enjoy these. :)

Yes, we do live in that area. Paulina Lake is 20 miles from our house (curvy road -- 10 miles as the crow flies) and we have 30 some odd lakes within 50 miles west of us. We're in "Water Wonderland".

I spent a couple of weeks in Oregon this summer. I loved it. Thanks for the pictures. I have some lovely ones to remember my visit.

I love the chipmunks in La Pine. We went there with my DD's 5 grade class for a week at outdoor school. It was so much fun. The chipmunks were into everything, our tent, the sleeping bags, and even the truck when were unloading it. We had to do a chipmunk check before we left!
