We usually just blame Iowa for our horrible storms... lol The storms were unbelievable last week too!

This is turning out to be an interesting summer... I just hope we have some storms while I'm in Monmouth... but not this bad!!!

I just hope it doesn't storm on Saturday, we're planning a family outing at the drive-in picture show. (movie for you youngsters) Double feature: Toy Story 3 and Marmaduke. Doesn't that sound interesting???? Oh well, dd will like it. Having a picnic before the movies start.

I basically blame Il. for our weather. (KY) Usually ours followed theirs 20 hours later. I use to call my sister ( Wood River) to see what weather they were having so I could plan my next day. More often than not, it was better than the weatherman!LOL

We have had lots of thunderstorms and rainstorms. I love them if there is no hail, wind or tornadoes but my DGD is so afraid of them. I wish they didn't come at night and wake her up.
