I miss that part of where we lived. We also had wild horses, turkey, pigs, etc... We rented our house and moved to civilization in May.

we have 18 regular turkey visitors, and feel the same way, ... glad there is NO hunting in our woods..... peaceful, and so beautiful.........

Love to see them at this time of year. Bow season here too. See them alot in the morning on my way home from work.

My husband has been feeding deer since back in the summer. Because of the hot and dry weather the does seemed to be loosing weight and their babies weren't putting on weight like they should be. We do allow family to hunt our property but they aren't allowed to hunt close to our house. Bow season still on here and primitive season started today. That is a beautiful view you have!
