When I'm really down, I go the the fabric store and just look at the fabric and touch it. That alone brightens my spirits.

I'm so sorry about your worries, I did the same thing, I came to my computer when life seemed bleak and horrid. Visiting on the Internet kept me sane, more or less, family and friends did more.
We are here at any time you want to talk about anything at all.

This is the stress busting site, for sure. I wouldn't have made it through the last three years without my quilt board fix.
There are a lot of us here that have been over the mountains and still crawling, we'll help anytime you need us.

This is a momma mourning dove that nested in my best friends flower box. Kathy was pretty much housebound and this little bird and her broods kept Kathy company and entertained ..
