Sure wished there was a disclaimer put to that story. One that said...tissues needed.
I tear up just at the thought of it.
But, I'm glad that Jazz and Whisper are at a new home with people who will love them just like you did.
Karla, you are just a wonderful person to raise such beautiful horses....ok...tearing up again.....

Okay..no more tears. You're supposed to be cheering me up! This will make you feel better... here are photos of Jazz and Whisper's new home Rhonda sent before she came.

Her brand new barn has little run-out areas for each stall! The minis will be running in a bigger pasture druing the day. They are stalled at night--locked in safely. She has one other gelding.

    Nice cozy stalls.

Karla, you are a sweetheart sharing those babies. And look at their new digs! How sweet (and spectacular)! I'm sure they are loving it. Sharing your joy has to be the greatest reward. Hats off to you for thouching the hearts of other horse lovers. You know your babies will be well taken care of and loved.

    Pass the tissues, please.

It is so hard parting (albeit in a positive way), with your 'kids'.

As for the barn/padock setup? Wow, wish I were a horse. Nice digs.

Tink is just done wiping my face with her tongue...I was sobbing along with you.Karla, Your story is soooo wonderful. Maize and Tucker now have a big sister that they will cling to alllll the time! Those two minis are the smartest ones in the bunch.

Bev-no, no one from the board.

Sigh... yesterday things seemed back to "normal", our new normal. Rosie was grooming with Tucker...and following me everywhere, being a genreral pest. Life really is easier with five. I keep telling my heart that. The ache is less every day.
